KOGI AT 34: DEPUTY GOVERNOR'S MESSAGE TO KOGITES
1. On this momentous occasion marking 34 years since the creation of our beloved state, Kogi, I, as the Deputy Governor, extend my heartfelt felicitations to the government and the good people of Kogi State, both at home and in diaspora. It is a time for us to reflect on the journey we have taken together, the hurdles we have overcome, and the successes we have achieved as a state.
2. Let us not forget the sacrifices made by our founding fathers and past leaders who worked tirelessly to lay the foundation for our state's development. Their vision and dedication have brought us to where we are today, and it is our duty to honor their legacy by continuing to strive for progress and prosperity.
3. Despite the challenges that may have come our way, our collective resilience and unity have always shone through. It is this spirit of togetherness and determination that will lead us towards a brighter future, where our state will continue to grow and thrive in all aspects.
4. As we commemorate this special day, let us reaffirm our commitment to building a better Kogi for generations to come. I urge every resident of the state to join hands with the government of Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo in its resolve to building infrastructures, transforming our health and Educational sector, boosting security, and making life better for our people. Together, let us work towards creating a state that is known for its development, unity, and prosperity.
