As part of the effort to beef up the manpower need of the state, Your Excellency has graciously carried out various appointment and recruitment exercise into the MDAs, implemented #72,500 (Seventy Two thousand , Five Hundred Naira)only, as Minimum Wage to Kogi State Workers, payed year 2025 Annual Leave Bonus, carried out promotion exercise from 2019 to 2022 with cash backing, transferred officers from the 21(Twenty One)LGAs across the state to the State Civil Service, gave Permanent and Pensionable Appointment to the Kogi State Vigilante Personel, to mention a few.
